Consultation latest

The Masterplan for Elephant Park received Outline Planning Permission in March 2013. The Masterplan will be delivered in five phases and each phase needs to go through separate detailed planning applications.

We have recently submitted plans for the second phase of the Masterplan – West Grove. West Grove consists of the two plots either side of Heygate Street and along Walworth Road and the surrounding public realm. It will include new retail on Walworth Road, a new Central Shopping Street and Walworth Square, as well new homes.

The second public exhibition for West Grove took place at the Hub, 182-184 Walworth Road, between 25th and 28th June 2014.
